My grad program is in environmental history. I am working under the SSHRC funded Abandoned Mines in Northern Canada project. My thesis is on the history of oil sands development. An article I recently wrote on the Northern Gateway Pipeline Inquiry is currently featured on the Abandoned Mines project blog, and that is where most of what I am writing will be.

Big move this past fall from Vancouver to St. John’s, Newfoundland for grad school. Quite the change, but so far so good.
